Frequently asked questions
My vehicle no longer runs. Do you come and collect it?
Yes. We travel with a tow truck anywhere in Belgium, normally within 24 hours of our agreement.
Do I need a technical inspection or a Car-Pass?
No. Both documents are compulsory when you sell to a private buyer, not when you sell to a professional.
How am I paid?
When we collect the vehicle. Belgian law limits cash payments to 3,000 euros: above that amount, payment is made by bank transfer.
Does the valuation commit me to anything?
No. The valuation is free and you remain free to accept or refuse our offer.
Do you take a damaged vehicle, or one without a valid inspection?
Yes, we take vehicles in any condition. Simply mention it in the form so that our offer takes it into account.
What happens to my photos and my data?
We use them only to prepare our offer and to contact you. The details are in our privacy policy.
