Vehicle buying

The valuation you request through this website is free and does not commit you. Our offer becomes final once we have examined the vehicle and its documents; the purchase is recorded in a document signed by both parties.

Belgian law caps cash payments at 3,000 euros. Above that amount, payment is made by bank transfer.

An end-of-life vehicle is handed over to an approved centre, the only body allowed to issue the certificate of destruction.

Vehicles offered for sale

Prices shown are total prices in euros, VAT included. Registration tax and registration remain payable by the buyer.

Every listing gives access to the vehicle’s Car-Pass history. The sale is recorded in a written contract, together with the Car-Pass certificate.

Vehicles sold to a consumer are covered by the two-year legal guarantee of conformity. For a used vehicle, a period of one year may be agreed: it is then stated clearly in the listing and in the contract.

Customer reviews

The reviews this website links to are those that Google users publish on the business profile. We do not select them, we do not edit them, and we cannot verify that each one comes from a customer.

Intellectual property

The texts, logo and photographs on this website belong to First Auto or to their authors. Any reproduction requires our written consent.

This website links to third-party services such as Google Maps, WhatsApp or Car-Pass. Their content and privacy rules are the responsibility of their publishers.

Complaints and disputes

A complaint? Contact us first on 0492 93 11 28 or by email: most difficulties are settled that way.

If no solution is found, a consumer may turn to the Consumer Mediation Service, www.mediationconsommateur.be.

This website and the contracts concluded with us are governed by Belgian law.
